SHARING OUR DEIBJ STORY

Join us to hear our chapter’s DEIBJ story (so far!) directly from the ICF Washington Board members who led our chapter’s efforts to deepen our commitment and take actions to create an organization that is more diverse, equitable, inclusive, just and where everyone belongs. Current and past board members will talk about why it’s important (including why it is critical for our coaching profession and us a coaches), how we got started, what we learned along the way, the steps we took to implement the learning and what our vision is of the future. We hope this will not only inform you but inspire you to join us on this movement both personally developing yourselves and also on the broader journey of moving the coaching profession toward a more equitable space.

Who should Attend?

Anyone who would like to gain a greater understanding of the lessons the ICF WA Board learned on our DEIBJ journey of calling, learning, being and action as well as our vision of what is ahead.
