Somatic and Embodied Coaching in Action
In this session, somatic and embodied coaching comes into the room directly.
Rather than speaking only about the approach, Jaimini Padleckis, MCC will coach a live volunteer from the audience. Participants will be invited to observe the session through a specific somatic and embodied lens, before joining a structured group reflection and debrief.
The format mirrors how master-level coach development happens: through watching, noticing, and naming what becomes possible when a coach works from embodied presence.
This session will be grounded in the ICF Core Competencies, particularly Maintains Presence, Listens Actively, and Evokes Awareness.
