SOUL Leadership Model

The leadership path cannot be walked alone. Our future will be built on “power with”, not “power over” and in respect to that I believe every leader has a unique gift and personal responsibility to mobilise themselves together with others in order to contribute to collective change.

We need to be bolder to answer the call to act and we can all together be bold game changers, if we choose so. One of the tools to help us on that journey is SOUL Leadership Model. In this interactive 60 minutes session participants will not only understand the model, but walk away ready to put it in practice.
