Staying Aligned: How the 2025 ICF Code of Ethic Shapes our Practice

In April 2025, ICF officially introduced the latest version of its Code of Ethics, reflecting a strong commitment to professional responsibility, the use of technology (including AI), and transparency in the coach’s role. As a part of the ICF professional community, the Jakarta Charter Chapter (JCC) plays an important role in disseminating understanding of these updates to its members.
Therefore, the ICF Jakarta Monthly Sharing session in June 2025 is specifically dedicated to exploring and openly discussing the updates in the 2025 ICF Code of Ethics—not just to gain knowledge, but as a collective reflection to uphold ethical and responsible coaching practices in Indonesia.
This session is also expected to provide space for coaches to elaborate on the practical application of these new standards in a local context, and to reinforce the community’s commitment to the core values of professional coaching.
