Beyond Words: Listening for What Clients Don’t Say

What if a client’s choice of words reveals more than they intend? In this experiential session, coaches learn to notice the hidden beliefs in everyday language, the emotional patterns carried by metaphors, and the unconscious storylines shaping a client’s reality. Through deep listening, powerful questioning and intentional silence, participants discover how sharper noticing evokes awareness, moving clients beyond insight to learning, action and lasting change.
