This supervision is tailored for professional coaches and directly addresses the ethical and cultural considerations within coaching relationships. It provides actionable frameworks and ethical decision-making models aligned with the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
This supervision session is designed to enhance coaches’ cultural awareness, ethical decision-making, and ability to navigate diverse coaching relationships. Participants will:
– Understand the ethical implications of coaching across cultures and the responsibility of a coach to respect diverse perspectives.
– Recognize and address personal biases and stereotypes to foster inclusive and culturally competent coaching.
– Develop strategies to manage cultural misunderstandings and adapt their coaching style to meet clients’ unique cultural needs.
– Apply ICF Core Competencies and the Code of Ethics to ensure ethical integrity when working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
