Team and Group Coaching Community of Practice – Navigating Transformation with Team Coaching

Join the Team and Group Community of Practice, Tania Hodgkinson, and Frank Quante on Thursday, June 20, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (New York) for a case study presentation on the transformative journey of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management that intertwines the dual perspectives of a coach and a CEO. This session delves into the challenges and strategic responses that shaped Fraport’s ambitious “fit4future” project amidst the travel industry’s post pandemic recovery. Participants will gain insights from both the systemic team coaching and leadership perspectives, highlighting how innovative approaches were designed and implemented to foster organizational change and ensure future readiness. This session will culminate in a Q&A session.
