Team Coaching Competencies – Theory & Practice

This session is designed to build awareness of Team Coaching competencies. In a 90-minute session, we will focus on:

1. An introduction to ICF Team Coaching Competencies and how they differ from individual coaching competencies by Jaya Bhateja, ICF – MCC, Executive Coach, Coach Educator & Team Coach

2. Practical application and nuances of Team Coaching competencies – Fireside Chat between Jaya Bhateja and Sandeep Jain, PCC, Leadership Coach and Certified Systemic and Team Coach.

Additionally, this session will help participants gain a clear understanding of the differences between individual coaching, facilitation, and team coaching vide an interactive session with both the panelists. The panelists will also answer questions of the attending participants.
