Diana Ideus is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching. Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders in education, tech, finance, and healthcare. Diana has developed leadership content and group coaching programs in academic and corporate environments. Larissa Thurlow and Traci Manalani are both experienced Coach Supervisors who have completed credentialed programs for Coaching Supervision. They began partnering through their specialized advanced training in Group Supervision to work with team coaches. Larissa and Traci are both PCC-level credentialed coaches who have received University-based education as a foundation for their initial coach training. Team Coaching SuperVision: How to Stay Resilient and Grow in Your Practice

Join us for an interactive exploration of what SuperVision means for team coaches. Larissa Thurlow and Traci Manalani will be sharing what they recently learned from 178 team coaches through a survey regarding their experiences with supervision. This session will allow team coaches to experience a taste of group supervision and the benefit and value it may hold for them as they work with complexity. Be prepared to participate in the discussion about what the research is revealing, contribute to a group supervision session, and ask questions.
