The Team Coaching Supervision Labs will offer reflective, practice-based learning spaces for team coaches, provided free of charge as part of our shared learning journey.


These taster-style supervision sessions are offered in a group format and facilitated by highly experienced team coaching supervisors. They focus on harvesting collective insight and wisdom through intentional reflection and integration — supporting you in deepening awareness of your practice and strengthening your resilience in complex client systems.


Supervision is not only a powerful space for learning but also an essential element of ongoing growth and ethical practice. It is a key requirement in the accreditation processes of both ICF and EMCC, helping practitioners expand their impact while staying grounded and resourced.
