Lara is a global leader with over 20 years in the tech industry and more than a decade leading remote, multicultural teams. She is passionate about building inclusive, human-centered workplaces where trust, emotional intelligence, and continuous learning fuel high performance and resilience. As a doctoral researcher, she explores how leadership shapes teams’ —bridging evidence-based insights with everyday practice. Currently leading an internationally distributed team, Lara brings a values-driven approach to leadership, rooted in curiosity, connection, and a deep belief in human potential.

Magdalena Nowicka Mook

CEO of ICF brings a wealth of experience in consulting, coaching, association management, and fundraising. Through her leadership, the organization has become the leading voice for the global coaching community with more than 60,000 members and 52,000 ICF-credential holders worldwide.
