In this conference, coaches will learn the importance of developing competencies in-depth, embodying them, and trusting in themselves, the client, and the process that guides that conversation. They will learn how trust impacts giving the “best” of “us.”
-They will understand the importance of the client’s choice as a manifestation of their power.
-They will understand how vital their work and training are to expand their world and listen powerfully.
-Through examples of art, they will understand how some artists, as they expand their inner world, getting to know themselves more, can be more self-critical regarding the type of questions they ask their clients.
