Arne Blom

Arne is a coach whose “Why” is making the world a better place. His mission is to help leaders and teams improve engagement and motivation in inter-cultural settings. Key concepts in working with clients are self confidence, speaking up, well being and collaboration, leading to flow and performance.

With 30+ years of leadership experience across multiple company and cultures, he brings maturity and groundedness to his clients. Arne holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Norway, and a Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery from Transcend International in Hong Kong.
