Malcolm is the new Regional Director for Europe and Africa for the International Coaching Federation.

His focus is on strategies to achieve membership and regional strategic plan goals and objectives that maximise our impact and visibility of ICF in Europe and Africa, adapting strategy as necessary in response to internal and external environmental changes.

He is supporting the local chapter network focusing on ICF membership solutions to impact the member experience and ICF growth positively.
