He is an Accredited Master Coach/Mentor (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), Certified Wellness Practitioner, Registered Hypnotherapist, and a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

Izabella is CEO UK & International Health Coaching Association and a qualified UKHCA-Approved Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine Health Coach, Nutritional Chef, International Speaker, Author. 35 years’ experience across the health space: former Medical Research Council Health Research Psychologist and NHS Training Directorate Programme Manager & Organisational Development Consultant. Committed to shifting paradigms and democratising health and wellness.

Carolina Tuma

Carolina is a Brazilian, NBHWC-certified health coach with specializations in Integrative Health and Well-being. As a speaker and author, she spreads humanization concepts and tools to health professionals and is committed to empowering people to transform their health. A former cancer drug development leader and university professor, she is engaged in scientific research, education, coaching, and consulting, actively working to increase the recognition of health coaching in Brazil.

The Role of Health and Wellness Coaching in Fostering DEIB

Join the Health and Wellness Community of Practice and Ellen Kocher, MCC, Andrew A Parsons, Phd, Izabella Natrins, and Carolina Tuma on Tuesday, October 8 , from 12 Noon – 1:30 p.m. (New York) for session exploring diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) through the lens of health and wellness coaching. Based on published research, this session will equip attendees with inspiration and practical tools to further establish their health and wellness coaching practice in the DEIB space.
*This session has been tentatively approved for 1 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) unit in Core Competencies and 0.5CCE units in Resource Development.
