The Updated ICF Core Competencies with Lisa Pachence, MCC

On September 8th, the ICF released an updated version of the ICF Core Competencies, changing a competency definition, adding new sub-competencies, and adjusting language to meet the needs of a rapidly changing landscape in the coaching field (technology, better research, bigger industry, etc). Some of the updates are subtle, but there are both nuanced and widespread changes to these revisions that are reconfirming and also highly relevant to where the Coaching Industry is headed.
