What words accompany you when you begin? Along the way? When closing?
In this session, we’ll explore the power of words in meditation and in life – through the three levels from the Tibetan tradition:
The words of intention that open the path,
The words that accompany us through the journey,
And the words that close and dedicate.
In meditation, we’ll meet words we’ve spoken and words that were spoken to us – we’ll observe them, feel their weight, and choose what to carry forward.
As coaches, we work with words all the time – our clients’ and our own. This session invites us to pause and listen to the words that shape us from within.
