Growing a Coaching Culture in organizations
Many organizations discuss about having a coaching culture. What does this really mean?
We will explore different perspectives: what are the benefits of an employee, how to approach this process if you are an HR who would like to make coaching a regular behavior in your organization, or,
as a coach, how can you engage and partner with organizations in such a journey.
We will discuss real-life examples, underlining milestones in introducing coaching, what were the main challenges and share how we overcame them and main learnings.
We are welcoming an engaged participation ann learning from one another.
Learning objectives:
– Identify why a coaching culture benefits organizations and what are the drivers for implementation in organizations.
– Identify the triggers for this process as a coach or as HR / member of an organization.
– Explore best practices through specific examples.
