EMCC Senior Practitioner in Team Coaching is an internationally accredited executive & team coach, coach trainer, leadership development facilitator, and organizational ‘people whisperer’.

He currently works for the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) designing and delivering leadership, coaching and other people development skills courses across the African continent.

Dumi is part-time faculty at the University of Stellenbosch Business School’s MPhil in Management Coaching, where he teaches “Ubuntu Team Coaching”.

Ubuntu Fundamentals, Ubuntu Coaching and Ubuntu Intelligence

This session will present an overview of Ubuntu principles, values, and philosophy.

The speaker will also share practical examples of the application of Ubuntu in coaching scenarios and in interactions with others individually or in groups.

Finally, the session will introduce the new concept of Ubuntu Intelligence and how coaches can tap into this to make a greater impact in their coaching engagements.
