Jonathan Passmore

Jonathan Passmore is a professor of Coaching at Henley Business School, SVP at a digital coaching provider and past Chair of the British Psychological Society Division of Coaching Psychology.

He has previously worked for PWC, IBM and OPM and is listed as one of the Top 20 coaches in the world on the Global Gurus list.

Jonathan has published widely including 40 books and over 200
scientific papers and book chapters, his titles include The Coaches Handbook and Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Guide.

Daisy Hilbrands

Daisy has always been a creative mind. As a young adult she explored different painting techniques from China painting, watercolor, Oil painting, and collage. She studied art at Gerda Meineche.

When she started coaching, it was natural for her to investigate different creative methods that could be used in coaching – from mindful doodling to drawing obstacles and desirable outcomes of a coaching process.

She is using techniques from art therapy combined with coaching methodology.

Besides classic coaching methodology, sometimes changing the setting for coaching sessions can lead to surprising insight for the client. Join ICF Denmark for a group discussion of alternative coaching tools’ benefits.

Jonathan Passmore and Daisy Hilbrands will start by sharing their experience of using Nature and art coaching, afterwards, we will have an open discussion and knowledge sharing about changing the settings of the coaching session.
