‘What if – where next”, play session – LIVE (ONSITE) EVENT

“Play has always been an important part of Michael’s coaching practice. For a while he was contemplating an idea to develop a simple and yet powerful coaching game.

Simple, in the sense of easily getting the client’s buy-in to play. And powerful in the sense of addressing both the emotional and cognitive level while playing.

Furthermore, there is the ambition to enable clients to access their unconscious data reservoir and make it to some extent conscious. It is about building awareness during play which can help to put new ideas and insights forward.

The game is called ‘What if – where next?’. And during the ICF Slovenia meeting we all will play it together.”
