What Team Coaching Is and Is Not

Team Coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the coaching profession. This session offers knowledge and introduces necessary skill building to fulfill the ICF Team coaching sub-competency skills for TCC#1 and #2. This session is for practicing coaches and is an orientation to the inviteCHANGE Generative Team Coaching framework, particularly from the perspective of coaching in any “one-to-many” context as a leader and/or a coach and how to sustain being “fit for purpose” in the complexity of stakeholders and systems that are inherent to this type of coaching.
