When are Groups Ready for Coaching?

This session features researcher and author Colin M. Fisher exploring the science of group dynamics and coaching readiness, drawing on insights from his book The Collective Edge. Colin will unpack why groups are often experienced as challenging and why coaching is not always the right—or timely—intervention. The session introduces a research-based framework for understanding when groups are most receptive to coaching and how coaches can work with, rather than against, the invisible forces shaping collective behaviour.
