Where Mastery Rests: Presence, Entered Through Stress
Experienced coaches often do everything the markers describe and still sense that the change comes from somewhere else, something they have no professional language for. This practicum enters that territory through stress, because stress is the one part of it a coach feels in the body and cannot argue with. Through neuroscience, reflective inquiry, and guided practice, participants will explore how regulation shapes attention, presence, and the quality of coaching. They will leave with practical protocols to strengthen coaching presence, navigate intense client emotions without losing themselves, and build sustainable habits that support long-term professional mastery.
