This coach-specific educational offering focuses on strengthening professional coaching practice through competency-based analysis of coach-client conversations. Participants will examine coaching-session examples, identify observable behavioral evidence, recognize strengths and development opportunities, and apply a structured reflection model to improve their future work with clients.

Two-hour live interactive session (no break):

00:00–00:10 — Objectives and ICF competency framework
00:10–00:30 — Observable behaviors versus assumptions
00:30–01:10 — Analysis of coaching examples using Competencies 3–8
01:10–01:40 — Discussion of strengths, development areas, and client impact
01:40–01:55 — Reflective practice and future adjustments (Competency 2)
01:55–02:00 — Key learning and closing

Coach Ghalia facilitates the competency-based discussion and practical application throughout. All 120 minutes are devoted to coach-specific Core Competency learning.
