15th Annual Coaching in Leadership & Healthcare Conference

Brimming with enthusiasm and excitement, we invite you to our 15th annual Coaching in Leadership & Coaching conference, a partnership of the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital, and Harvard Medical School, titled: Journey from Coaching Competence to Wisdom. The conference will be in-person at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel on May 3-4, 2024, our first time in 5 years!

Our world-class speakers, scientists, thought leaders, and coaching scholars, will explore how we can bring new openness and depth to coaching conversations and inspire the wisdom of self, others, and organizations. Wisdom is our future, guiding a vibrant and sustainable path in healthcare and leadership.
