Supporting people in their care for a thriving planet. Climate Biodiversity Coaching is a social enterprise, not-for-profit organisation. We are registered in the UK under Companies House as a Community Interest Company. We are using coaching approaches to listen deeply to the needs of people and planet, and to work with compassion and equity to change systems, processes, and behaviours.

Jackie Arnold

Jackie Arnold is an Accredited ICF Executive & Climate Biodiversity Coach who holds a Coaching Supervision Academy Dip in Coaching Supervision. She served on the founding board of the International Coaching Federation UK for three years and currently serves on the JGSG Board.

Recent publications include “Tomorrow’s Global Leaders Today” Elaine Patterson and Jackie Arnold 2020 & ”Empowerment in Health & Wellness”.

Jackie’s clients include: Natural England, National Administration of Tourism Vietnam, BBC, Airbus Sustainable Aerospace, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Bank and Advance HE.

Lydia Stevens

Lydia Stevens is an executive coach, facilitator, trainer, mother and grand-mother. Lydia founded Triple Line Consulting which she grew and sold to IPE Global in 2014. After three years as a board member she re-trained as an executive coach at Henley Business School to work with businesses, communities and individuals to serve people and the planet. Her breadth of experience covers transition as a leader, especially for founders of businesses and those fitting into their shoes once founders leave.

Lydia brings a concern for humanity, climate and biodiversity into her work and networks.
