Advanced Mentor Coach Training for ICF MCS
A 10-week live online program for ICF-credentialed coaches preparing their Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) application through the Standard Pathway. It delivers 44+ hours of mentor coaching education (61% synchronous), built on the ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies and ICF’s new enhanced mentor coaching process (Session Observation Form, Competency Review Form and attestation decision).
Participants learn to observe coaching sessions and identify competency evidence at ACC and PCC level, give evidence-based developmental feedback, handle difficult feedback conversations, facilitate group mentor coaching, and design and contract their own engagements. The Capstone is a real end-to-end mentor coaching engagement, observed, supervised and evaluated by Prof. Dr. Betül Saf, MCC.
Includes 10 Core Competency CCEUs, a 40+ instrument MCS Toolkit and a Certificate of Completion. An optional 60-hour Mastery track adds a second Capstone. Cohort limited to 12 participants.

Core Track: 44 hours, 1 Capstone engagement

Prerequisite: an active ICF credential (ACC, PCC or MCC)
Not included: ICF evaluation trainings (ACC BARS, PCC Markers, MCC BARS) and the MCS application fee, which are purchased directly from ICF
