Lerae Gidyk, MCC

Lerae Gidyk, MCC, is a pioneer in the coaching industry and Director of Certification at Coaching Out of the Box®. A Master Certified Coach since 2006, she has been active in coach education and coaching in personal, leadership, and mentor coaching since 1999.
Known for her powerful intuition and ability to challenge perspectives, Lerae helps individuals and organizations unlock their full potential, fostering deeper commitment and engagement. She is the founder of Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. and co-founder of MCC2 International.

Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, PCC, CEC

Carolyn owns Morningstar Centre for Engagement, specializing in leadership and professional coach development. A CEC and PCC, she has been an ICF Thought Leader on Coaching Competencies since 2017 and earned an Honorary Mention in the 2024 ICF Coach Impact Awards. In 2024, she also served as a global SME contributing to new ICF competency models and currently sits on the ICF Mentor Coaching Advisory Committee. Carolyn is Chief Culture Executive and a long-time Coach Educator, Mentor Coach, and Licensed Trainer with ICG/Coaching Out of the Box®, co-delivering three ICF CCE–approved programs.

BAM (Become A Mentor) Coach Certificate Program

The BAM (Become a Mentor) Coach Certificate Program is developed by Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. (SDCI) and the Morningstar Centre for Engagement (MCE) and is offered in partnership with Coaching Out of the Box® and The International Coaching Group.
This eight-week virtual program includes 1.5-hour sessions with activities between classes to deepen learning. It enhances participants’ understanding and application of ICF mentor coaching competencies, traits, and responsibilities.
Graduates who meet attendance and practicum requirements earn the Certified Advanced Mentor Coach (CAMC) Levels 1 & 2 certificate, and are awarded 19 CCE’s and 5 RD’s. Completion is also a prerequisite for the SDCI/MCE Master Mentor Coaching (MMC) Program.
