Become an ICF-Credentialed Coach: Level 1 ACC Pathway | September 2026

Build real coaching confidence in Tandem Coaching Academy’s 89-hour, live virtual ICF Level 1 program. Designed for aspiring professional coaches, leaders, consultants, and helping professionals pursuing the ACC pathway, Accelerate Coaching turns the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics into skills you can use in real conversations. Learn directly from MCC- and PCC-credentialed faculty through demonstrations, repeated practice, observed coaching, written feedback, mentor coaching, and ACC-level performance evaluation. Choose the September US and Europe cohort, meeting Mondays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central. Graduate with Level 1 completion documentation and a practical foundation for professional, leadership, or internal coaching. ICF awards the ACC separately after its experience, examination, application, and other requirements are met.

US and Europe cohort, Central Time: Module 1, September 7-28, 2026; Module 2, October 5-26; Module 3, November 2-23; Module 4, December 7-28. Each module meets weekly on Mondays from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM Central Time. The full 89-hour program also includes guided independent study, mentor coaching, observed practice, written feedback, performance evaluation, and ICF ACC exam preparation.
