Become a Mentor Coach: AAMC-Accredited Mentor Coach Training | January 2027

Learn to mentor ACC and PCC candidates the way ICF now expects. Tandem Coaching Academy’s 71-hour live virtual Mentor Coach Training is accredited under ICF’s Advanced Accreditation in Mentor Coaching (AAMC), and your certificate of completion documents the education for your ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) application. Cherie Silas, MCC, who holds the MCS at all three levels, leads weekly two-hour live classes. Between classes you mentor a peer coach. You complete five observed mentor coaching sessions with written feedback from an MCC, receive five hours of mentoring on your mentoring, and train on the ACC Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) and PCC Markers from ICF’s facilitator guides. A two-part capstone confirms you are ready to mentor. Built for coaches with an active ICF credential (ACC with one renewal, PCC, or MCC). Choose Thursdays from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Central or Fridays from 9:00 to 11:00 AM Central.
