Are you interested to become a masterful coach and deepen your coaching skills?
The goal of our Becoming a Masterful Coach program is to support experienced (ICF PCC) coaches to enhance their practices and prepare them to apply for their MCC credential.
The program prepares participants to be familiar with ICF Core competencies framework at MCC level and they receive feedback and support to be able to apply for the ICF MCC credential.
Level 3 accreditation is for 78 contact learning hours, including 10h of mentoring and is designated as MCC Accredited Education.
Graduates from a Level 3 education and training program may apply for the Master Certified Coach Credential using the MCC application path if they meet the credentialing application requirements.
There will be a mix of different activities over the four months.

Practice with peers
– 8h group mentor coaching for peer learning
- 4x1h hours individual mentor coaching for personal growth and development
Asynchronous learning
