This program delves deeper into the humanness of coaching.
An opening up of undiluted space for you to pause and turn inwards.
An invitation to explore how all dimensions of who you are now relate to who you wish to become as a coach.
Going back to basics to re-visit the core principles of pure coaching so you can gain a deeper understanding of the nuances of mastery, where presence and process intersect, the unique value it offers.
Declutter and recalibrate your relationship with your own internal landscape to deepen your coaching presence.
Connect more to a sense of peace and confidence in your worth and value as a contributor in service of the process another human being leans into as they draw out their own self knowledge to create change in any aspect of their lives.
This program is beneficial to all coaches who are interested in life long learning and deepening their coaching skills, and/or preparing to submit or renew an ICF credential application at ACC, PCC, MCC level.
It includes:
five live masterclass events ( teaching input, discussions, live demo)
four self paced learning modules ( delving into the nuances of competencies)
reflective journaling entries
1x 1:1 coaching session with your tutor Emer Doyle.
All learners will have one year to complete the self paced modules of the program.
40 ICF CCEUs in core competencies are available for the supplemental coach training program. This is recognised by ICF as 30 hours coach training and 10 hours group mentor coaching if required.
