Blanchard Leadership Coach Certification Program

The BLCC is designed to give participants:

•A high-level overview of Blanchard’s proven content, and how it might be used to increase effectiveness with clients.

• A few critical fundamentals that have proved invaluable to experienced coaches.

•A new learning community of quality professional coaches.

•40 ICF CCEUs/Certificate/Digital Credential to use in your own marketing.

•The Coaches Toolkit – links to Blanchard materials to share with your clients ($795 value).

•Weekly optional Learning Labs led by a MCC to ask questions and discuss ideas and approaches.

The program will be presented in Four Modules – Focus on the Leadership Coach, Coaching on Leading Self, Coaching on Leading Others, Coaching on Leading Teams.

40 hours of instruction (asynchronous learning & facilitated virtual classroom) to deepen knowledge and practice application with client scenarios.
