Certificate in Coach Mentoring and Supervision

Offering 40 CCE hours, the Certificate in Coach Mentoring and Supervision is delivered by some of the world’s most experienced Coach Training Faculty. It develops senior coaches with the practical skills and tools to provide coach-mentoring and coaching supervision services: Whether to support coaches’ professional practice, build peer support communities, or help coaches in training achieve an ICF credential. You’ll enjoy engaging discussions, practical exercises, valuable peer support and expert tutor insights.
This programme is strongly aligned to the ICF Ethics and Competences for 1-1 and team coaching, and committed to diversity in styles, all founded on coaching quality and standards. Using blended learning, you’ll work in small classes and receive high levels of Tutor support. Through online multi-media materials, you’ll explore a range of topics, and submit four practical assignments, with 1-1 support from your Tutors and community support from your fellow participants.

Event schedule or other information/comments
You'll meet the tutors and fellow participants at the 60 minute orientation call, followed by ten Skills Development Classes (90 minutes each) and 6 Live Coaching (observation and feedback practice) calls (also 90 minutes), ending with a memorable graduation event to celebrate your success.
