Certified Diversity Coach Program
In the program, we open the aperture of the camera lens wider so that coaches can see, hear, understand, and respect the broader dimensions of difference in themselves and in their clients. Incorporating teaching as well as practicing, the content is thoughtfully provocative, tapping into both the hearts and minds of the participants. At times, it disrupts the certified coaches’ usual way of thinking, challenges the norms of the industry, and presents concepts and scenarios that defy the way we are taught to coach, thereby, creating new ways of approaching clients for greater results. The program embodies the ICF Competencies to build DEI awareness, knowledge, and discipline to be an effective and empathetic coach while embracing diversity in coaching.
Course pre-requisites: (completion of any one of the following)
• ICF, EMCC, IOC, IAC, or other coach accreditation
• Graduate of an ICF-approved ACSTH or ACTP or Level 1 Program of 60 hours or greater

All programs and products from COTBx were developed by ICF Master Certified Coaches who are leaders in the field of professional coaching. We are an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 Accredited Coaching Education Program and all courses are Level 1 approved
