Week 1: Foundations
Participants complete the foundations module including the resilience self-assessment.
LIVE WEB SESSION 1 - September 30
• Recap of foundations
• Review of aggregated assessment results
• Coaching and accountability
Weeks 2-5: Module 1 Physical Mastery
Participants complete on-line lessons, challenge exercises and Accountability Partner (AP) work.
LIVE WEB SESSION 2 - November 4
• Behaviour change, neuroscience and coaching
Weeks 6-9: Module 2 Self-Awareness
Participants complete on-line lessons, challenge exercises and AP work.
Weeks 9-12: Module 3 Intentional Living
Participants complete on-line lessons, challenge exercises and AP work. The conclusion includes another self-assessment and the program exam.
