Coach for innovators, leaders and teams certified program
An online innovation coaching, blended, and an intimate group learning program for coaches, trainers, facilitators, consultants, leaders, and managers who want to make sense of innovation in their unique context.
A 9-week intensive learning and coaching program based on adult and experiential learning principles and is delivered in our live online format which enables real participation, group discussion, exercises, and activities, as well as skills practice sessions, backed up by structured feedback where you will:
– Learn to enact the intrinsic motivators, mindsets, behaviours, and skills of successful entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and innovators.
– Be supported in your learning experience through your own evidence-based case study, action learning assignment, and small practice partnership.
– Earn a Certificate of Completion in line with the Professional Standards and Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and become a Professionally Certified Coach for Innovators.
Participants are supported by:
- Regular short subject video boys prior to each weekly session,
- A group of local peers and learning cohorts who meet weekly to share distinctions and skills practice sessions,
- Your own evidence-based case study, which might be a business problem or opportunity you wish to realize,
- Weekly Recreation Tasks to extend and embed learnings,
- Learning Buddy to support your success and hold you accountable,
-A series of 4 one on one 45-minute online coaching sessions to support your individual learning experience.
