Coach’fidence Lab: A Core Competency Deep Dive Series for Coaches
The Coach’fidence Lab is an interactive training program designed to deepen coaches’ understanding and application of all eight ICF Core Competencies, fully aligned with the 2025 ICF Core Competency Framework. Participants engage in live virtual sessions, each focused on one specific competency, through a structured sequence of teaching, case study analysis, reflective discussion, breakout practice, and applied takeaways.
Through this series, coaches will explore essential skills including demonstrating ethical practice, embodying a coaching mindset, establishing agreements, cultivating trust and safety, maintaining presence, active listening, evoking awareness, and facilitating client growth — all updated to reflect the revised and new sub-competencies introduced in the 2025 ICF framework.
Sessions are 1-hour each.
Sessions will run weekly 11am CT - 12pm CT.
Each session is worth 1.0 CCE in core competencies.
Must attend live to receive the CCE.
