Coaching 101
Back to the basics!
Coaching 101 is designed to equip coaches with a clear understanding of the
coaching approach and how it differs from other forms of helping, enabling you to better articulate the value of coaching to your clients and stakeholders.
We will explore the fundamental principles, methodologies, and ethical considerations that differentiate coaching from other forms of helping such as mental health first aid, therapy, counseling, mentoring, and teaching. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, you will develop a deeper understanding of each discipline’s core concepts, as well as the appropriate boundaries and applications for each.
