Coaching Commitment and Connectivity

In the increasingly online connected world we live in, many people are having trouble connecting to others in person. Social media allows you to connect and keep in touch with many people but what about in person, one on one connections that are necessary in business, family relationships, professional networking, job changes and personal relationships- including friendships? Telecommuters as well as people working in offices together, teenagers, adults and seniors all experience moments of loneliness, isolation and feelings of inadequacy often fueled by misconception. An individual’s perception is reality, unless they take control of the feelings and drive to the result they are longing for.

Generating and growing truly committed relationships that are mutually beneficial takes time and effort. Beyond avoiding FOMO, structuring actions that creatively achieves desired results in the ideal timeframe is challenging for many people. The perception that someone else is happier, more successful, better liked by the boss, more popular at school, etc. are all states of emotions clients can pull into focus and determine what courses of action are appropriate for them to feel and be their best selves. Not to mention what other people need from them in order to feel connected as well – there’s a give back component to these feelings that is often overlooked.

In this 6 CCE core competency course we examine vulnerability, transparency, and authenticity as it relates to healthy and stable relationship building.

Within this course we cover the following core competencies: Demonstrates Ethical Practice; Embodies a Coaching Mindset; Establishes and Maintains Agreements; Cultivates Trust and Safety; Maintains Presence; Listens Actively; Evokes Awareness; Facilitates Client Growth.

Each module builds upon the previous and requires each person to personally ask and answer questions for active learning and application of the materials with their clients and themselves
