Coaching for AI Transformation: Mastering Emotional Intelligence to Empower Leaders, Teams, and Organizations

As organizations embrace AI and automation, the role of ICF-certified coaches in guiding leaders and teams through transformation has never been more critical. This 12-week, 40-hour course offers 40 ICF CCE units (24 Core Competencies + 16 Resource Development) and equips coaches with advanced Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills to address the human side of AI-driven change.

Grounded in neuroscience and aligned with ICF standards, the program combines live classes, experiential learning, and practical assignments. Coaches learn to foster resilience, reframe resistance, manage fear, and cultivate growth mindsets—empowering clients to lead with confidence, empathy, and purpose in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Event schedule or other information/comments
The next cohort of Coaching for AI Transformation: Mastering Emotional Intelligence to Empower Leaders, Teams, and Organizations begin on Tuesday, 13 January 2026, and runs through 31 March 2026. The 12-week program offers two live time slots every Tuesday to accommodate different time zones: 9:00–11:30 AM CET or 4:00–6:30 PM CET. Participants are required to select their preferred cohort at registration and remain in the same group throughout the course to ensure continuity and optimal peer learning.

This immersive, 40-hour program grants 40 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units and combines live virtual classes, inter-session practices, and applied learning assignments.
