The programme is designed to equip coaches with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to guide their clients through the complexities of contemporary crises, through 17 weekly, deep-dive lectures as well as 3 facilitated consolidation sessions that set out to provide both sound theoretical and social context as well as practical knowhow for coaching.
