Cognitive Behavioral Coaching Continuing Education Program
This Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) training program provides experienced coaches with a practical, evidence-based framework adapted from decades of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy research and tailored specifically to the coaching environment. Participants explore the dynamic relationship between thoughts, emotions, physiology, and behavior and learn to develop clear case formulation that identifies the patterns keeping clients stuck. Through theory and supervised practice, coaches build skills in Socratic dialogue, cognitive and behavioral interventions, emotion regulation, guided imagery, exposure-based tools, and psychophysiological techniques. The program emphasizes ethical, real-world application, helping coaches support clients with challenges such as procrastination, confidence, communication, and assertiveness. Graduates leave with an integrated, research-grounded framework and structured tools that foster clarity, resilience, performance, and meaningful, sustainable change.
