Culturally Intelligent Mentor Coaching + CQ Coaching Certificate
In this 3 month Culturally Intelligent Mentor Coaching + Certificate program, participants will:
-Learn with an award winning Master Certified Coach and trained ICF assessor, while earning your Culturally Intelligent Coaching™ Certificate and 10 hours mentor coaching +
-Earn 30 hours CCEs: 26 in Core Competency
-Increase your impact as a coach and your clients’ success in this unique combined program
-Understand the power of CQ and how to apply it for market differentiation
-Gain tools and strategies to create an environment where your clients feel completely heard and understood. By doing so, a trusted, deep coaching partnership is quickly established, enabling clients to experience an increased sense of belonging and make rapid progress toward their goals
-Broaden your awareness of Cultural Identities and their coaching impact including nationality, gender, generation, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, and ability, etc.
-Confidently prepare for ICF Credentialing
3 (60-minute) individual mentor coaching sessions
1 Participant-alumni session applying CQ coaching
CQ self-study including reading (included) Breaking Free from Bias, "Developing a Cultural Mindset for Success" from The Successful Mind, and The Coaches Guide to Becoming Culturally Confident.
Review audio and video MCC, PCC Recordings demonstrating CQ coaching mastery aligned with ICF competencies.
