Data-Informed Growth (DIG) Coach Certification Program

DIG is a comprehensive 12-week coaching certification program for K-12 instructional coaches and administrators!

DIG offers you everything you need to implement a high-performance coaching system that drives improved student outcomes and increased teacher retention.

10 years of empirically validated academic research from esteemed professors at Rutgers and Arizona State Universities have identified the 3 coaching skills and 6 essential coaching actions that consistently improve student performance and teacher retention. The 12-week DIG Coach Certification Program offers the first-ever in-depth training program aligned to this breakthrough research.

DIG Coach Certification is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Provider.

6 GroweLab Accounts
Utilize GroweLab to schedule and conduct coaching and document coachee growth.

Digital Portfolio of Coaching Evidence
Participants upload evidence of coaching practice to GroweLab to be reviewed and certified.

Research-Based Coaching Effectiveness Assessment
This 360 survey aligned to the science of coaching is completed by the participants, their supervisor, and 5 of their coachees.

DIG Coach Certification
Become a certified Data-Informed Growth Coach by completing calibration sessions, uploading evidence of practice, and passing the coaching assessment.
