Deep Coaching Enneagram Based Certification Program

Deep Coaching works with the whole of who we are—head, heart, and body; ego and essence; shadow and light.

We help students experinece Transformative Growth – Transform the coach, so the coach can transform others.

We utilize Presence as a Foundation and help coaches learn to access this most practical and profound inner resource.

Our students get a deep grounding in the Enneagram – They learn how the Enneagram is a pathway from constriction to expansion, where paradox becomes teacher, resistance is welcomed, and even contraction becomes a doorway to growth.

We teach a Counterintuitive Approach to Change – students discover how real transformation happens not by fixing or efforting, but by slowing down, cultivating awareness, and partnering with presence.

The program is High-Touch and our limited enrollment ensures you will bond deeply with fellow students and faculty. Each program is intentionally small, fostering trust, depth, and personal attention from faculty and mentors.

The Deep Coaching Enneagram Based Certification Program conducts over ten months from April 2027 to January 2028 ..... It is broken into four courses: Two courses are in-person retreats and two courses are live virtual courses conducted mostly over Zoom ...... Throughout the program students are trained in our Deep Coaching methodologies and get ample opportunities to develop and practice their coaching skills ...... they also do a deep dive into the Enneagram to enhance their personal development and to provide a deeper understanding of the Human Condition ....... Students participate live in the virtual courses and are also paired with partners between the live sessions to study the material and practice their coaching ...... The culmination of the program is the five-month Supervised Fieldwork and Case Studies live virtual course. There students share their experiences coaching two clients and receive coaching feedback in small supportive groups of students and faculty.
