Alex van Oostveen- Word of Mouth Coach is a sole proprietorship. ICF PCC, EMCC ESIA & EIA Senior Practitioner.

Using a relational approach and informed by psychological theories (transactional analysis, Gestalt), this approach sees what emerges in relationship as a window into what occurs in the client's life.

The meaningful change that happens in this work together, supports meaningful change in life. Clients in supervision with Alex include coaching psychologists, executive coaches, personal coaches, internal coaches, and coaches in the corporate and educational sectors.

In his current practice, Alex supports people and organizations in achieving greater fulfillment and more effective relationships. His approach is relational and informed by psychological theories, including Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Appreciative Inquiry.

He holds a PCC credential with the ICF and is an EMCC Global Coach/Mentor Supervisor (ESIA) and Accredited Coach as Senior Practitioner (EIA).

Deepen Your Coaching Practice – A Relational Approach

This 12-month course equips coaching practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and approaches to support and develop work at a deeper level with both individual and organisational clients.

It introduces relational coaching concepts, progressing from fundamental to advanced, and is designed to meet the standards for ICF CCE approval, aligning with the NEW Core Competencies.

The program emphasizes a relational approach, informed by psychological theories, to support professionals in deepening their understanding of self, relationships, and systems, leading to meaningful and sustainable action.

The program offers a total of 20 CCEUs (13 Core Competency, 7 Resource Development). Additionally, the course includes 9 hours of group supervision and 3 hours of one on one supervision, 10 hours of which can be claimed as Core Competency CCEUs.
