Diversity Equity and Inclusion for Coaches

We welcome participants to this highly interactive and exhilarating practicum to develop advanced tools to heighten awareness and agility to tackle persistent Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice issues for an expanding global audience. This virtual program will have experiential elements and allow participants to go deeply into understanding and working with implicit bias. This is a safe and non-toxic approach to handling difficult situations and conversations. Participants will emerge with additional tools to help navigate the changing environment. Participants will also find ways to access an even broader global audience. Two 4.5-hour sessions over two days will be enlivening, enlightening and fun. This program is conducted by three experienced leaders who have successfully delivered programs to the corporate, government, and educational sectors. (8 CCE’s)
