Ethics in Coaching

This course is targeted & designed for anyone who’s a practicing coach. It offers a small group learning lab to include instruction, discussion, practice, & reflection. This safe & challenging learning space allows participants to go deeper into their understanding & application of Ethics & Professional Standards in their coaching practice. A foundational focus will be the ICF Code of Ethics. This class will help prepare you to handle Ethical challenges in your coaching practice to include:
• A deeper knowledge of the expectations for Ethical conduct as a coach
• New perspectives from experienced coaches about challenges we face & solution options
• Practical actions to implement in your coaching practice
• Community of coaches access to act as “life lines.” Colleagues you can call when real life situations come up & you need a thinking partner.

This course uses a blend of live & off-line learning experiences (2 Live Lecture/Discussion classes on Zoom & 3Off-line assignments).

This course uses a blend of live & off-line learning experiences: 2 Live Lecture/Discussion Tele-Classes via Zoom; 3 Off-line assignments (before/during/after each synchronous session). To meet the needs of all coaches who would like to take this course, 2 different time options are available for this class. Classes will be offered at 11:00 am - 12:30 pm EST AND 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm on each class date. You may attend at the time of your choice on each date of the class. To obtain the 6 CCE's, & your certificate of completion, you must attend one of the times on both the May 10 & May 24, 2022 90-minute synchronous classes, as well as satisfy the asynchronous elements of three (3) off-line assignments. All those that complete this class/program will be able to use these credits toward the renewal requirements of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential.
